THE ORIGIN

It wasn’t one business. It was every business we ran. Real estate deals, client follow-ups, incoming leads — things were slipping through the cracks across the board. Not because we weren’t working hard. Because nothing was connected. Everything lived in memory, in text threads, in spreadsheets that no one was maintaining.

Daniel spent 13 years in banking — moving from training new hires to coaching senior management on running their locations and their teams. He led the rollout of automated banking systems across multiple locations and, after transitioning into fraud prevention, helped recover and protect over $50 million in client assets.
He didn’t just work in structured environments. He built them, taught them, and fixed them when they broke. That’s the same discipline he brings to every KyznOS client engagement — diagnosing exactly where the operation is bleeding and building the infrastructure to stop it.
He still runs an active real estate business with Raven. He doesn’t theorize about operational chaos. He manages it, every day.

Raven’s mind reads like data. After nearly two decades in banking, she became a Systems Engineer — not by title alone, but by doing the work. She led multiple teams, drove over $1 million in revenue through customer acquisition programs, and spent her career making complex operations run cleanly and predictably.
At KyznOS, she owns everything under the hood. The automations that eliminate manual work. The workflows that keep nothing falling through. The logic that connects one part of a business system to the next. If Daniel builds the structure, Raven makes it move.
